Joseph Grosso
Chairman & CEO
Mr. Grosso became one of the early pioneers of the mining sector in Argentina in 1993 when mining was opened to foreign investment, and was named Argentina's 'Mining Man of The Year' in 2005. His knowledge of Argentina was instrumental in attracting a premier team which led to the acquisition of key properties in Golden Arrow's portfolio. He has successfully formed strategic alliances and negotiated with mining industry majors such as Barrick, Teck, Newmont , Viceroy (now Yamana Gold) and Vale S.A., and government officials at all levels. Mr. Grosso's specialty is financing, negotiations, corporate and marketing strategy, and he was an early and passionate adopter of best practices in environmental protection and socio-economic development through mineral exploration. He is the founder and president of Grosso Group Management Ltd.

Normand Champigny, PEng, MASc
President, COO & Director
Mr. Champigny is a seasoned mining professional with involvement in many aspects of the mining industry in Canada and internationally, including exploration, mining project assessment, and project management. Currently he is President of Donner Metals Inc., a TSX listed company, focused on exploration and development of the zinc-copper Matagami Project in Quebec, a joint venture project with Xstrata Canada Corporation -- Xstrata Zinc Canada. Mr. Champigny is a graduate from Ecole Polytechnique in Montreal (B.A.Sc), University of British Columbia (M.A.Sc) and Paris School of Mines (Specialized diploma in Geostatistics). He is a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec; of Professional Engineers Ontario; and of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. Currently, Mr. Champigny is an Executive Committee Member of the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC), and Chair of the Board of Directors of Minalliance, an organization raising awareness of the mining industry in Québec, and highlighting its positive contribution to Québec's social, economic and environmental development.

David Terry, PhD, PGeo
Director
Dr. Terry has over 20 years of experience in the resource sector focused primarily on exploration a wide spectrum of precious and base metal deposits in North and South America. He holds a BSc and PhD from the University of Western Ontario and has held numerous senior positions with both major and junior mining companies, including Boliden Limited, Westmin Resources Limited, Hemlo Gold Mines Inc., Cominco Limited and Gold Fields Mining Corporation.

Nikolaos Cacos
Director
Mr. Cacos has over 18 years of management expertise in the mineral exploration industry. His career includes administration and strategic planning for public companies. He currently serves as an officer and director of a number of TSX Venture Exchange listed companies. Mr. Cacos holds a Master of International Management degree from Heidelberg, Germany and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia.

Leonard Harris, PEng
Director
Mr. Harris is a professional engineer with a Metallurgy diploma and 50 years experience in all aspects of mineral processing and mining operations world wide, including the construction of the Yanacocha gold mine in Peru. He was a Senior Executive with Newmont Mining from 1974 to 1995 including positions as VP, Research and Development, VP Metallurgical Operations, VP Newmont Latin America, President, Newmont Peru, and Manager of Minera Yanacocha where he was responsible for the construction and operation of the Yanacocha Gold Mine, one of the largest in the world.

David J. Horton, MBA, BComm
Director
Mr. Horton is the Senior VP Corporate Finance at Canaccord Capital Inc. and adds broader third party dimension through the many areas of his professional involvement in structuring, advising and financing numerous public companies

John B. Gammon, PhD
Director
Dr. Gammon has an outstanding record in mineral exploration and management, including international positions with Falconbridge. He served as the Ontario Assistant Deputy Minister Mines and Minerals, and is a consultant working with industry, governments and universities.

Augusto Baertl
Director
Mr. Baertl is a Peruvian mining engineer who has held a number of senior positions with Peruvian and international mining companies. He served as Mine Manager, President and Chief Executive Officer of Compañía Minera Milpo, one of Peru's largest mining companies, from 1967 to 1996. From 1997 to 2002, Mr. Baertl served as President and Executive Chairman of Compañía Minera Antamina and oversaw the exploration, feasibility studies and development of the project. He is a member of the American Institute of Mining Metallurgical and Petroleum Engineers (AIME), the Instituto de Ingenieros de Minas del Perú and the Colegio de Ingenieros del Perú- Capítulo de Minas and, was also the President of the Peruvian mining society, Sociedad de Minera, Petroleo y Energia. Mr. Baertl graduated from Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería in 1965 and also participated in the Senior Management Program at Harvard Business School and in the CEO Management Program at Northwestern University.
