History and Reasons for Creating Golden Alliance Resources Corp.

Golden Alliance Resources Corp. has been formed as a spin off of assets from Golden Arrow Resources Corporation (GRG: TSX.V) in order to focus on the development of highly prospective properties recently acquired in Peru. Peru is an outstanding mining destination and offers the skills and infrastructure required to rapidly advance properties to the discovery stage through to production. While Golden Alliance is focused on Peru, Golden Arrow Resources can best achieve its objectives through its concentration on the development of Argentinean priority projects.
